Welcome to the church of St Chad, Hopwas in the parish of Tamworth. St Chad's Church serves the communities of Hopwas and Riverside. A small, yet friendly and welcoming, church community in an idyllic and charming setting. The church was instigated by Rev William McGregor, curate in the parish of Tamworth, in 1879.
Our Sundays services are fairly traditional and relaxed in style. Generally, we have a Communion service on the first and third Sunday of the month and Morning Worship on the second and fourth Sundays, all at 10:30am. See services page for latest information.
